Class Experience

Learners will be able to better understand their bodies own needs.
For over a decade, I have been studying the human body and how to create health rather than treating symptoms. In 2020, I graduated from the Berg Institute in Virginia, USA with a certification in Health Coaching. 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
