In ʻLearn to Speak Hawaiian Part 2ʻ, students will continue learning Hawaiian in a fun, interactive, and non-threatening environment. The class begins with a brief review and practice of what was learned in the first class; the Hawaiian alphabet song, a basic conversation, and other simple words and phrases. The students will also learn new Hawaiian words and phrases. Using an interactive slide show, students will learn to name colors, and read phrases to use for basic conversing. At the end, we play a quick game of charades to practice what we have learned. Students do not have to complete part 1 of this course in order to enroll, but it is highly recommended, since it provides the foundation for this class.
