What do we do to be kind to others? How does it make us feel inside? We will then read the story together stopping for students to share their thoughts and feelings A discussion about the book will follow before moving on to the related activity. Students will be encouraged to brainstorm and share ways to fill the buckets of others and how to be mindful of how our actions and words can "empty" the buckets of others.
