They will discuss how the vets may perform the task using Math while exploring example situations created by the teacher and students. Students will explore how veterinarians could use Math in their jobs.
As a Licensed Math Teacher for Elementary and Middle School Students as well as a teacher for over two decades, I have taught Math to students of all ages. I have owned my own animals and pets and spent many years at the vets discussing my animals and their needs. I have used Real World Math examples in my decades of teaching Math as well as in my own life experiences with my pets and animals.
Students could continue to explore how veterinarians could use Math in their jobs.
