Description

Class Experience

In this class, we examine what a fable is including the history, elements, format, and moral.  Examples of fables will be given, discussed, and analyzed to see how that fable fits the format.  The student will then have the opportunity to write a "twist" which is either a new beginning, middle, or ending to one of the fables we talked about.  Suggestions will be given on how to write an original fable on their own if they would prefer to do that.  My style is relaxed and interactive.  Prior...

I am a certified teacher with over 23 years of experience teaching all ages Language Arts.
