Students will meet with me in a pre-lesson Zoom session to determine what book will be used for the class. Topics covered in each class will include: warm-ups, method books, solo and etudes. We will begin the lesson reviewing previously assigned material and then move into the new material. We will make the class as interactive as possible. Students will play by themselves and with me. Students will learn the basics of harp playing - finger and hand position, playing with the 2nd finger, playing with brackets with 2 fingers, 3 fingers and 4 fingers. We will review basic music notation and rhythm as well.

Students will be assigned lesson material to be practiced in between classes.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
