This is a one time class that will meet to celebrate Saint Patty's Day in American Sign Language! Learners will be introduced to Signing about the holiday with signing practice, American Sign Language stories and games and songs interpreted in American Sign Language . It is an interactive class because we will be signing together. This is an introduction to signs related to St Patrick’s day so no previous experience or knowledge is required. Students will learn Signs related to St Patrick’s Day- they will Learn how to Sign the month of March, how to sign good luck , Irish, Happy St Patrick’s Day and the color green to name a few .
I graduated with my Bachelors in Science for Speech Pathology from Towson University. I studied American Sign Language interpreting by attending a 4 year post graduate ASL Interpreter training Program. I graduated with my certificate in ASL interpreting and have provided educational interpreting in the school setting for 3 years. I taught an American Sign Language class to young learners (ages 2-6) at an early learning center for a year.
