Beginner Level
This class is designed to equip preteens and teens with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed and healthy decisions about sexual health. Because of the big age range, material is created to concise and focused, making it easier for students to absorb and retain key information. In part one, the curriculum covers a range of topics, including human anatomy, puberty, reproduction, and more. It will be focused more on the biological aspect of sexual education. The unit is also designed to promote a safe and inclusive environment where students can learn and grow without judgment. Students will gain a good understanding of their bodies, the changes their bodies will go through, and many other things.

Reproductive Systems
- Identify the main parts of the male and female reproductive systems
- Explain primary functions of each part
- Understand the basic processes of reproduction

Menstruation and Hygiene
- What menstruation is and why it occurs
- Good hygiene practices
- Myths and misconceptions
