Happy Birthday, North Dakota! This state turns 133 years old on November 2nd. To celebrate, we will briefly explore what makes this state great. Students will learn about North Dakota's capital, age and birthday, nickname, motto, flag, and state bird/mammal/flower. We will also listen to North Dakota's state song and briefly learn about it's road to statehood. Class Expectations: I love participation and I love activity. I'd love students to verbally participate, but it's not required. I...
Students will be able to identify the state's symbols, nicknames, and motto.
