In this class, we will celebrate Dr. Seuss's birthday! First, I will explain that it is the author, Dr. Seuss's birthday today! Students will be taught that he has written many children's stories that are so exciting to read. We will read 3-4 of his books depending on time. We will aim to read "Green Eggs and Ham", "The Foot Book", "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish", and "Oh, The Thinks You Can Think". Students will get to interact with the stories through questions and personal comments. They will be exposed to fun stories as well as many silly rhyming words.
