Class Experience

Happy Birthday, Donald Trump. June 14th was this 45th U.S. President's birthday! 

To celebrate, we will briefly explore the life of this president. Students will learn about Donald Trump presidential story, as well as some interesting facts about his life. 

Class Expectations:
I love participation and I love activity. I'd love students to verbally participate, but it's not required. I do ask for students to mute their microphones unless they are speaking to help with background noise. They...

Students will be able to identify facts about this president's life and term in office.

Students will be able to download and print off a worksheet about the president.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Youtube

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

We will be watching 2 youtube videos embedded into a powerpoint: a song that lists all 46 presidents and a clip on fun facts about Donald Trump.

*Political opinions and bias, as well as deep dives will NOT be a part of the class. We will learn age-appropriate facts about President Donald Trump's term in office from whitehouse.gov, millercenter.org, history.com and Britannica.
