In this one time class, students will learn facts about bats while learning to record their research on various graphic organizers.

Class Experience

Do you enjoying learning about spooky creatures? Then this class is for YOU! In this class we will be learning fun facts about bats from written facts & a few videos, while also learning how to use graphic organizers to record our research. In addition, I will be leading a directed drawing of a bat that we will label. This lesson will help your student become a rockstar researcher, which will help them write amazing non-fiction stories. Students will engage in writing activities to help develop their non-fiction writing skills. Students will learn to record research using complete sentences graphic organizers while researching an animal.
