Hello Grown-ups and Learners! During this 20 minute class we will play games while tidying our rooms. The teacher will be tidying her classroom while learners tidy their bedroom or other area. Learners will be given short, fun challenges to complete. We will work hard to prevent overwhelm and focus on empowerment! Students will be given positive feedback and helpful, kid-friendly tidying tips. Taught by a recovering slob, hobby farmer and mother of four children. Ms. Sara understands the overwhelming feeling many children relate to when they're asked to tidy their bedroom. Her goal is to make your week a little easier and teach your child a no-stress tidying routine. Each learner will focus on a deeper clean of one area for our 'Final Challenge' each week. 'Final Challenge' areas are listed below: Week of August 29: Floor Week of September 6: Toys Week of September 13: Clothes Week of September 20: Learning Space Week of September 27: Bed

I'm Ms. Sara. I am so excited to be here. I have adored children since I was still a child myself. I have worked with children consistently for over 15 years. I live with my family in Nova Scotia, Canada on a small hobby farm. I have a Bachelor of Arts and a Human Resources Graduate Diploma. I’ve also completed Child Development and Child Psychology courses in my spare time… before I was chasing 4 children of my own! Prior to joining Outschool I was working with teachers in our local schools and desperately missed teaching children myself. No matter my educational background or experience, I have always returned to working with children. Knowing I am involved in a child's early education and social emotional learning is the ultimate reward. We moved to a rural area in 2018 so I closed my home-based preschool and began teaching online. This is my passion and my full-time, permanent career. Thank you so much for supporting my dream job! I love teaching and I am so excited to share my classes with all of you! I am an energetic teacher and a child at heart. My classes are often social and positive.
