In this ongoing class, students use Montessori manipulatives to explore number sense and solve problems. Students use higher level thinking skills as they explore place value with larger numbers, addition, subtraction, fractions, multiplication, division, geometry, and more.

Advanced Level
Students will gain confidence in math as they work with number sense and various operations and tools. 
I have been teaching Montessori-inspired math classes for 2.5 years.  I am a certified elementary teacher (expiring in July 2023) with two education degrees from Western Kentucky University, and was a National Board certified teacher.  I have taught in public school, a homeschool hybrid school, and currently homeschool my two children, while also teaching on Outschool.
