US Grade Preschool - 1
This is a Montessori class that helps students learn processing skills. During this course your children will be allowed to use manipulatives to help them process their math facts and early learning skills. Most children learn best by being able to manipulate and touch things. This class will help them develop the skills they need in order to problem solve and reach their best potential when it comes to math. Montessori-This method of education is based on self directed activities, hands-on learning and collaborative play. In Montessori classrooms children make creative choices in their learning, while the teacher offers age-appropriate activities to guide the process.
Learning Goals
Each child will grow and develop at their own pace. We will look at different materials and methods of problem solving, while having a great time and working together.

Please bring items that your learner can count with, for example beans, legos, cereal, counters, etc...
