Description

Class Experience

In this ongoing class, students will have fun learning to read and write Japanese Hiragana characters as well as learning to speak basic Japanese with hands-on activities.  If your learner has an interest in other cultures and wants to learn through play, this class will be perfect for them!  Absolute beginners welcome, no previous learning necessary.
Class will begin with a quick ice breaker activity (song, Japanese greetings or phrase of the day, Q&A, teacher’s show and tell etc).  Each...

I have been teaching ESL for 17 years, and have been speaking Japanese for just as long!  I lived in Japan for 10 years and have N2 level proficiency.  My BA is in Japanese Language and Literature.  My life experiences make me uniquely qualified to teach your little Ninja!  I can’t wait to help them build their Japanese skills!
