Hand Strengthening for Better Handwriting

I am trained as an Occupational Therapist. I have come across so many children that could use a little extra support, whether they qualify for services or not. That is why I put together this class and others like it. I hope this class will be helpful for ALL children and give extra ideas for things you can continue to do at home. Please note that this is not a therapy session, as I have not evaluated your child and do not know specific areas they may be struggling with. I will be teaching students general exercise and fun activities to target hand and finger strength. Participation in this class can benefit all learners but should be taken with parent support and supervision as needed. If your child has significant deficits, weakness, or loss of muscle tone, it is best to consult with their Pediatrician for advice and treatment options.
