In this class students will learn the timeless skill of hand sewing... We'll cover the basics students will need to know when creating their own hand sewing kit, and then begin learning a variety of simple stitches used when sewing by hand: * Threading Your Needle * To Knot or Not? * Running Stitch * Back Stitch This class is designed for absolute beginners. This class is taught in English.
Students should come to class with a small sewing needle, spool of multi-purpose thread, scissors, and three pieces of piece of woven (not stretchy!), solid colored, 100% cotton fabric measuring approximately 8x8"
