Looking to make a new Froggie Friend?  
In this 30-minute class, kids will learn how to hand-sew their own felt froggie friend.  
The class will cover 
🧵How to use thread to create an embroidered face
🧵How to cut out pattern pieces on felt
🧵How to put together pattern pieces to create their own froggie friend

This class is meant to be fun and social.  While we are sewing I will help the kids be friendly and learn a little about each other and our love of sewing.  Patience is key in sewing so...

I have over ten years experience in sewing and designing. I have taught sewing to numerous students young and old.

  2 files available upon enrollmentA printable pattern will be emailed along with a list of materials needed.

Materials needed:
1 piece of green felt fabric (can be found at your local craft store for under $1)
Thread (child color choice $1 -$3)
Sewing needle ( $2) 
Stuffing (32 oz bag $10) you can also simply use fabric scraps to stuff the body and the head.  This 32oz bag will be able to make numerous dolls.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Youtube

40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Being a creator has always been a major part of my identity.  As a child, I spent many hours drawing and sewing.  My mother, who was a professional seamstress, gave me the wonderful gift of teaching me to sew.
