Anyone can learn basics of hand lettering (looks similar to calligraphy)
Class experience
In this short, fun class, you will learn the basics (1 font) of hand lettering. This is hands on. Practice as we learn! Anyone can do this, however, for this style font you must know how to write in cursive. You do not need to write perfectly...this is a creative class after all. You are not graded on penmanship...any kind will do! We will also be touching on various projects where you can use hand lettering. Examples will be shown in order to get your creative juices flowing!
Please bring pencil, eraser, art pen of your choice (it can even be crayola thin tip marker*), and any type of paper without lines. *please note when choosing an art pen/marker having various sizes is helpful, but not completely necessary. For example a fine tip to line and a larger tip to "color in".
