Students will learn and train hand balancing techniques, shapes, and conditioning.
Class experience
In this class, learners will be taught body shapes with leg and arm positions. They will be introduced to hand-balance shapes including straddle handstands, tuck shoot handstands, block hold positions, and elbow stands. We will also discuss some contortion shapes and go over stretching and strength training techniques. Class will begin with a full stretch and muscle warm up before beginning skill training.
