Hamsters, Hamsters, Everywhere: Meet Sugar the Hamster and Learn All About Her
In this one-time class, students will get to meet Sugar the hamster and learn all about her. We'll discuss the history of hamsters and how to take care of them as a pet. We'll also talk about characteristics, diet, and breeds.

Description
Class Experience
This class is all about hamsters! The students will be able to meet Sugar, the hamster. We'll talk about where hamsters come from and how they became pets. We'll briefly discuss different types of hamsters. We'll talk about diet and care as well. Much of this class will be a question-answer format where the children can ask questions that will guide the discussion. I use powerpoint for part of the class and will demonstrate how to take care of a hamster. Please make sure to bring your hamster!
To educate the kids on hamsters and hamster care.
1 file available upon enrollmentA one-page maze will be provided, but it is purely optional.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
