Come dressed up in costume and learn how to escape the Halloween monsters and ghouls. We will pick pumpkins, run from zombies, jump over graves, and more. We will also learn a short dance segment to the song, "Thriller." After class, be prepared to share your favorite aspect of Halloween or show off your costume and favorite workout move. Course layout: Intro Warm Up Workout with water breaks Cool Down Halloween Discussion Please make sure to have plenty of space to move around, comfortable clothing or costumes that you can work out in, and water. **I follow Outschool's policies for transfers and withdrawn students** *Also offered for birthday parties upon request*
Learning Goals
Students will learn to have positive discussions with fellow learners about Halloween, characters, and workout moves. During our workout, students will learn to stretch correctly. They will learn fun and exciting moves through working out that will help them feel like they are surviving the Halloween takeover. This is a cardio-workout, which will: strengthen heart and muscles, burn calories, reduce body stiffness, and boost "good mood" chemicals.

Parental Guidance
Although this is a Halloween-themed workout, it will not be scary. We will do workout moves that resemble monsters, zombies, vampires, etc, but there will be no outside visuals beyond Outschool.
Additionally, please make sure your learner has ample room to move around and water. Costumes/dressing up are strongly encouraged.

I took fitness, health, and nutrition classes in college. I played sports all through high school. I work out on a daily basis using a variety of techniques. I love fitness and can't wait to teach your children some fun ways to work out and to create healthy lifestyle habits.
