Halloween Themed Dance Class - Beginner Level Hip Hop
This beginners dance class will introduce basic movements of hip-hop. We warm-up, stretch and will learn a fun routine. During class we also take a couple breaks! Halloween Costumes are definitely welcome!

During this class we start off with a warm-up and stretch our bodies, we will do some cardio and learn some hip-hop moves for about 10-15 minutes. We will then learn choreography to an upbeat dance routine. (25 -30 minutes) All music is upbeat and fun, nothing too scary and definitely age appropriate! During class we will have a couple breaks that include 5-10 minutes of a fun Halloween craft! Check out the supply list on what to bring to class! *Duration of warm-up, choreography, game may vary do to student participation. Length of routine may vary depending on ability of majority to pick up choreography. *All music is age appropriate and goes with our theme. *All choreography is my creation. *Great option for those that homeschool looking for arts or P.E. option or looking for extracurricular activity for after school or weekends!
Learning Goals
Your child will learn basic movements of hip hop and movement. This song is upbeat and fun. The goal of this class is to get the student excited about dance, move around and exercise, learn something new and learn a full routine by the end of the class!
Other Details
Parental Guidance
Make sure your child is taking class in a safe space in a clear area where they can extend their arms out side to side and front and back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing. (Dance at your own risk.)
Supply List
We will be making a pumpkin at the end of class. Things you will need: Bring 1 sheet of paper. (Whatever color you want your pumpkin to be.) Pipe cleaner or if you do not have one bring a pen/pencil etc. Scissors Hole puncher Tape Check the welcome message for the photo of what we will be making during the end of class!
