Halloween Themed Cooking: Spooky Pizzas (Optionally Gluten Free)
In this class students will learn how to make a homemade personal pizza crust. We will then decorate the pizzas like different halloween designs with their favorite toppings! The recipe can be made Gluten Free by using a flour substitute.

Β 1Β file available upon enrollment2 1/2 cups (12 1/2oz/355g) all-purpose flour (For Gluten Free: Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour) 3 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (7oz/187g) water, roughly 1 tablespoon olive oil Pizza Sauce Grated Mozzarella Cheese Toppings of Choice
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will need assistance with cutting and putting pizzas into the oven This recipe can be made gluten free with: Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour
