I am a licensed Elementary Teacher for the state of Utah, I also have a Masters of Arts Degree in Teaching Elementary Education. I love teaching younger students and homeschooled my own children this age range. We will be reading the book, Ten Timid Ghosts about ten ghosts published by Scholastic books who live in a haunted house and get scared by a witch who keeps tricking them. It is a countdown book as each ghost gets scared and moves out. Then all of the ghosts meet together and make a plan to scare the witch out of their house. There are drawings of ghosts, a witch, a haunted house and pretend creatures the witch dresses up as or pretends to be such as a mask, skeleton and spider.
