Halloween Haiku Fall Party with contests and more
In this Halloween Haiku Fall Party class, students will write and illustrate Halloween or fall perspective Haiku poems during a party atmosphere including Halloween music and Halloween, fall and musical trivia contest to celebrate this special time of year.
Gather your friends to fill a class or sign up and meet new friends and enjoy a fun Halloween /Fall Festival. Come dressed in your Halloween costume, if you wish. Bring along your favorite fall snacks . During the party, including Halloween music, jokes, we will focus on perspective Haiku poems writing two poems from the perspective of an object or event that occurs during Halloween or this time of the fall. We will also be illustrating the haiku poems with "setting drawings" underneath...
Learning what the word perspective means and connecting it to poetry writing. Learning how to write haiku poems in correct form and format and illustrating a setting perspective from the poem.
Learners might be completing illustrating of Haiku poems, if class time does not allow for completion. Nothing needs to be returned to the teacher.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
