Description

Class Experience

 We will have a Halloween-themed writing prompt which students will start during class and complete after if necessary. I will assign a prompt which we will brainstorm and plan for together. I will also be going over some important elements of writing and spooky vocabulary words with them. 

The last 20 minutes of class will be a fun challenge where students will have to create the tallest tower they can, using toothpicks and candy corn. They will create a plan on how they expect to build...

Students will practice writing and learn vocabulary words. They will also have an opportunity to think creatively and have fun creating.

Somewhere to plan and answer their prompt.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
