Description
Class Experience
I have been dancing since I was three, and I have taken ballet the entire time. I've also helped teach dance classes for 1 and a half years, in addition to teaching my own classes for almost 2 years. I have been trained in a pre-professional program that stresses technique and safety.
Water bottle Space to move around (at least 4x4 foot square) A costume!
20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students should know how to mute/unmute or have an adult available to help as needed. I don't automatically mute students, but sometimes it is necessary due to background noise. Because this is a fitness class, students will need enough room to move around without injuring themselves. Students will also want to have water nearby to stay hydrated. The music, while instrumental, does have a spooky vibe.
