Description
Class Experience
1. Determine the meaning of words and phrases as they are used in the text, including figurative and connotative meanings; analyze the cumulative impact of specific word choices on meaning and tone. 2 Use precise words and phrases, telling details, and sensory language to convey a vivid picture of the experiences, events, setting, and/or characters.
I am a certificated English teacher at a highly ranked high school. I have over 15 years experience in the classroom teaching Honors and AP English classes. For the past 2 years I have taught over 200 students online, using zoom, Google Suite, and other digital platforms to enhance student learning. My education includes: MA in Education, BA in English Literature, and a Secondary Credential in English.
