Class Experience

The fall season is here and kid's are getting excited for Halloween. Halloween Costume Party and Games is a social time for us all to celebrate halloween together and show off our costumes. Though costumes are not required to participate we will begin our time together getting to know each other. Students will take turns (if they feel comfortable) saying their name, what their halloween costume is, and answer a halloween would you rather question.  We will also play some fun Halloween games...

As a father to an active 6 year old, I know that learning must be fun. The early years of a child’s education is critical not only for their future success but also their enjoyment of learning. I want to start kids off right on this journey. I have a BA in Student Ministry with over a decade experience teaching children. I have over 4 years of experience teaching children on online platforms and pride myself on never letting kids get bored yet always be learning. I previously held credentials through the State of Ohio Department of Education (now expired). I have a passion for helping children succeed.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

We will be talking about imaginary creatures that are commonly used during halloween. Monsters, ghosts, zombies, mummies and werewolves will be a part of some of the games.
