This is a STEM and/or STEAM activity. STEAM is the acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics. For this class students need to be able to know how to use a ruler and like drawing and learning. The students might need scissors to cut the copper tape, but they can also rip it. Students can also join this class to learn how to make a simple paper circuit, but if they want to make the project, they need to have all the supply list. I will begin giving and showing step by step instructions to draw the circuit design, explain how the circuit works, then show them how to draw either the ghost or the Jack-o-lantern on the other side of the paper. We will finish by adding the circuit components and show our work, in the case they want to share their work.
Learning Goals
Students will learn how to make a simple paper circuit.
