In this class, learners will be guided through the steps to make a ghost in a window. I will share Google slides with photos to lead learners through each step. In this way, I will be able to focus on them while they work. We will start with brief introductions and a supply check and then dive into the art! Students are welcome to converse with me and the other students as we work on our crafts. I love to have fun and build rapport with the students. I encourage creativity and allow for diversity in the finished products. Students work at different speeds. Some may finish quickly and I will try to expand. Some may not finish during class time, but they will have the knowledge to finish on their own time. Learners will be using scissors. Please make sure there is parent supervision if needed. Note that Outschool requires that adults remain off camera.

Teacher expertise and credentials
Utah Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education
Hello! My name is Miss Whitney! If you are interested in a class, but it isn't offered at a time that works for you, please reach out and I'll see what I can do!
I plan to teach fun and engaging classes related to reading, technology, ASL, and art. If you are interested in a class I don't have scheduled, please reach out! I was an elementary school teacher for three years, a high school seminary teacher for one, and an elementary computer teacher for one. For the past four and a half years, I've been teaching online to allow me to stay home with my children. I've always wanted to be a teacher because I have a love of learning and love working with children. I believe that making learning fun can make it easier. I love singing, reading, and Disney princesses! I'm excited to get to know your child!
