Description
Class Experience
Students should learn about how films work and have their eyes opened to aspects of popular culture
My degree has involved learning about film studies and vigorously analyzing various texts. I like to teach these skills to others using fun subject material; I learned better when I was able to work with films/texts that I enjoyed.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Learner progress is assessed by participation
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Class will include clips of scenes from horror films and some thrasher films - content will involve gory themes as it is very prevalent in these types of films. See above for specific content.
