Students will gain knowledge of world history and mythology, as well as practice their math and communication skills by working together to solve problems in an imaginative space.
For this class, I draw on half a decade's worth of experience running role-playing games and even more years of playing them. I believe that fun is the best medium for learning. 1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Fantasy combat (fighting monsters with medieval weapons, spells, etc.) will be featured often.
