Class Experience

Welcome to Haitian Cuisine! You will be learning how to prepare various Haitian food in a fun-filled experience. You will need a blender or food processor; & crockpot. You will need to make Haitian Epis for most of these recipes: 
Haitian Epis Ingredients:
fresh 12-15 springs of parsley;3 whole garlic; 1/2 of a small green sweet pepper; 6 scallions-green onions; 1 TBL Olive oil; 2 TBL- 1/4 cup of water; 1 maggie/chicken boullion--Grind in a blender or food processor

1 hour 50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.

Parents please be aware of safety considerations and dangers with using the stove, knives & blender. Please parents be present when class is going on.
