In this 10-week class, gymnasts will practice gymnastics for one or two hours per week, refine their skills, and perform their own individual routines. Team members each receive one free private coaching session.
Class experience
This class is for learners with some gymnastics experience who would like an authentic team-like experience. It is modeled on an in-person recreational team program that I worked with for eight years! Gymnasts of all skill levels are welcome! Age range is flexible. Throughout 10 weeks, athletes will complete a gymnastics season, from recruitment to performance, all while practicing gymnastics one to two hours per week.
