Class Experience

I have been a gymnastics coach for 8 years with a passion of helping gymnast reach their goals while sticking with them through mental blocks, fears, injuries and what ever comes their way as they progress. Gymnastics is a beautiful sport that has helped me inside and outside of the gym. I am always educating myself and pushing my classes to become more effective for each student I meet.

30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Gymnastics, like many sports, carries a risk of injury. Minimize this risk with a clear open space, appropriate clothing and equipment, and adult supervision based on your child's skill level.
