Class Experience

Students will improve their gymnastics technique on beginner level skills and progress toward intermediate level skills.
In addition to being a former competitive gymnast, I have over 20 years' experience coaching gymnastics for children of all ages at the recreational and competitive level. I have created gymnastics curriculum and taught thousands of children the fundamentals of gymnastics, my favorite sport!
Soft surface for landing Wide open space Couch cushion or yoga block Optional: practice balance beam (not every week)
45 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
As with any physical fitness routine, gymnastics carries the possibility of injury. Students should be have a wide open space for tumbling, dress comfortably for movement, have a bottle of water nearby to drink, and be supervised in their homes in case of a fall.
