Class experience
This class will be a gymnastics cardio work out class that will implement strength, resistance and flexibility training. We will introduce interval training and stretching concepts. The work out will consist of 30 minutes of body training and 10 minutes of stretching. These will benefit the young Gymnast by helping them develop core, arm and leg strength. This is a workout class, so make sure your student is dressed appropriately. Students will need water to stay hydrate, yoga met or penal mets. Students will perform bare feet, to prevent injuries. Please be aware that there is always a risk of injury during physical activity. While warm up and cool down will be included to prevent injury, accidents can happen. This class is movement based so be sure your child have plenty of room to stretch and work out. Parents are allowed and encourage to supervise and assist their children during activities. It is recommended that this accure during your child's first classes in order to help him/her feel more confident during the class. Students practicing indoor can practice barefoot. In addition, students will need chalk for their hands.
