Class experience
This semi-private gymnastics lesson will be open to two students, and we will work toward those students' specific gymnastics-related goals. This could include rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings, flips, general strengthening and flexibility, bars, balance beam, trampoline, or anything else gymnastics related. Students will learn strength, stretching, drills, and improve their gymnastics technique.
In addition to being a former competitive gymnast, I have been coaching gymnastics at the recreational and competitive levels for over 20 years!
Required: Clear open space Soft floor surface Roll of masking tape (for hand and foot markers, line on floor for balance) Couch cushion Chair against a wall or couch without cushion Optional: Panel mat Wedge mat Padded wall Practice Balance Beam Trampoline Any other equipment
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
