Students will learn the science definition of ADHD and it’s effect on the brain and body. Students will them learn ways to help themselves become successful in social and academic settings. Classes will focus on specific situations as suggested by the students. Day 1: the science of ADHD and health Day 2: Academic strategies: using visual and written clues. Day 3: social strategies: self-monitoring, calming techniques
