Supply List
Students must have an acoustic or classical guitar, or an electric guitar plugged into an amp. We also recommend having a tuner (a clip-on tuner or the Smart Phone app Guitar Tuna).

Hello everyone! Please call me Diego. I'm a Toronto-based songwriter, music producer, multi-instrumentalist, and seasoned educator. My musical journey began 21 years ago, initiating a lifelong passion for the electric guitar, piano, music production and songwriting.
My educational portfolio involves studies in guitar and piano, music composition, studio recording techniques, and both post-production and business management in the music industry. I have had the privilege of collaborating with talented singers worldwide and performing at various venues across the country.
With over a decade of experience in teaching, I’ve cultivated a pedagogical approach that goes beyond traditional methods. I focus on offering high-quality education that inspires and motivates students of all ages, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for learning. My teaching strategy is holistic, involving activities that encourage body awareness, creativity, and communication while instilling a solid foundation in music theory and instrument interpretation. The coursework I design emphasizes collaboration and self-development, tailored to maintain student engagement and regular practice.
