Class Experience

US Grade 5 - 7
Guided Test Prep is designed to assist students in reviewing pertinent reading skills that are found on state standardized yearly tests and to specifically increase their scores. During this eight-week course, students will be fully immersed and engaged in completing aligned and specific exercises that will be helpful in passing the reading portion of a standardized test.

The course is driven by REVIEWING standard reading skills and strategies found on current reading assessments for elementary and middle school students and will be delivered by using a Power Point Presentation. Additionally, students will use a Texas STAAR Practice workbook which will provide the necessary exemplars for student practice. In this ongoing course, you are at liberty to take as many or as few classes as you would like.
