Teacher expertise and credentials
Hi Everybody!
The most important thing to know about me is that I love to teach kids!
To me, a successful lesson is one where we learn together while having fun. However, everyone is expected to work hard and respect each other. A winning combination is a teacher, a student and a parent(s) work together.
I look forward to teaching reading, writing, math and some fun stuff too!
As far as my teaching experience, I was a first grade classroom teacher for 20 years. I have a Masters Degree in Elementary Education and I am a Certified Reading Specialist for Kindergarten through 12th grade.
Personally, I love Giant Pandas and ice cream! I don't like snakes so DON'T bring one to class!
