This class is designed to explain, model, and help students organize their ideas into well organized, five paragraph essays. This writing class provides step by step examples to students who need to learn, or review, the basics of setting up a five paragraph essay. Each essay will be modeled for them. The goal of this class will be to familiarize students with the structure of a five paragraph essay. They will gain practice through weekly writing and improve their writing skills with teacher feedback.
Homework Offered
Students will be required to complete the essays that were started in class each week.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
