Class Experience
In this guided drawing course, students will create a fun fall painting of pumpkins. I teach through: tell, show, do, feedback (a method I learned in my time with Starbucks, a long time ago) I find that students learn in a variety of ways (hearing, seeing and doing). 8" x 10" canvas, canvas board or watercolor paper (thinner papers do not hold up well with paint, though a mixed media thicker paper will work). (For the budding/active artist 10-24 pks online range from $12-$30) Walmart in store 6pk: $5 Royal and Langnickel brand pencil eraser acrylic paints: Red, Yellow, Blue, Brown and White are a must have (we can mix colors) acrylic paint sets online range from $10-$50 depending on your budget and artist. paint brushes water cup paper towel paper plate or paint palette to mix on
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
