Description

Class Experience

Students will improve their understanding of different types of persons and ways to interact.
As a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Coach, I teach social-emotional skills to children in the classroom setting throughout our division on an ongoing basis. Some of my sessional courses are Understanding Self Talk, Writing Personal Daily Positive Affirmations, and Unleash Your Super Power. I have also offered this training to adults in a corporate environment for the past 30 years.

Please note - This class is designed to be highly interactive. We will be discussing scenarios and responses to aid understanding. Therefore this class will only be offered when there are more than 3 students registered.
 1 file available upon enrollment
