Growth Mindset 101
This is a interactive 4 week beginner course on all things ,"growth mindset". Learners will gain valuable skills, tools for real life challenges, storytelling, balancing setbacks and reframing failures.

Beginner Level
Within the Growth Mindset 101 class, we will break down the meaning of praise, effort, reframing situations in a safe creative environment. Topics will cover : Emotional regulation, self -esteem , overcoming setbacks and determination. The class is interactive, and students have a voice to tell there story. I will utilize slides, games and video clips.

Learning Needs
Students will all learning abilities are welcome. I will utilize both audio and visuals techniques to engage learners. If a student is in need of more assistance, we ask for a guardian to be near by just in case more support is needed.
Pre-Requisites
This is a beginner class, students do not need to have any background information.
Supply List
Student should come to class with a notebook and or writing utensil.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
