Getting ready to read? This course will provide your child with the foundational skills needed to get ready to read. This is an ongoing course and will focus on developing a future reader. Phonemic Awareness is important for children to learn to read. In this course, students will be introduced to rhyming and sounds. Students will work on rhyming, blending, segmenting, letter sounds, beginning and ending sounds.
